Popularly known as the Aztecs, the people of Tenochtitlan were a highly advanced civilization. Their art, culture and architecture dazzled the Spanish invaders, who justified their conquest by depicting the Tenochca as "savages." Come find out about their beliefs and practices as we separate fact from fiction.
