The Science of Sleep Part 2
Join Bill Powers, the director of UHCL's Transforming Lives by Degrees program, for another episode on the science of sleep. Even though we spend a third of our lives sleeping, there is still much we do not know about sleep. People have many difficulties getting a good night of sleep, and this was made worse during the pandemic. We will discuss what science has to say about the nature of sleep. Additionally, we will discuss strategies to help improve sleep.This event is part of the Friday Morning Continuing Education program.
