Zoom Fatigue Is Real: Exploring How the Virtual World Is Causing You Distress

Student Involvement and Leadership is pleased to introduce the 2021 Leadership Experience Development Series (LEDS), an interactive, virtual opportunity designed to help students harness their leadership skills and network with other students. Each experience will explore various concepts of leadership. The next session, "Zoom Fatigue Is Real," presented by Counseling Services, will be held on:

The topic will explore how we are all impacted by the transition to the Zoom platform since the pandemic. Facilitators will use the space to process our shared and unique experiences, provide pscyho-education, and discuss coping strategies to alleviate experiences of distress.
